Sunday's are GREAT

What a Wonderful service Gateway had today.
The Music was Extraordinary. It must have been a Holy Spirit day at
Gateway Community Church.

A special Thank You for each of the music providers. David , Chad , Terry, Chuck, Carl, Danny, Monty, John, Linda, Dixie, Rosemary, Margie, JoAnne, Heather, Judy, Amy, Randa , Valery .
I Pray over each of you; may your talents always give way to the Glory Of The Lord . You are true examples of what to do with your gifts. We are told in Romans to lay your gifts at the feet of the Cross, for the King.
Thank You : Your service is greatly appreciated. If you have not meet each of these talented members, please take the time to say Thank You !

Now on to CC the message for the week. Wow! You had every ones attention. Your Love for the Lord comes across Loud and Clear. Your emotion is a wonderful gift and you have that gift. The call has been placed apon you and this church. Thank You , CC for being the leader that you are. You have made a difference ( good ) in many lives.
You are welcome good and faithful servant.

We had several come for the alter call this morning. It was wonderful to see the faces of believers, coming and joining the
Great Commission.
The Vine welcomes you to Gateway Church.
You have joined a Church that is lead by the Holy Spirit ,
Jesus Loves you and so does Gateway.
Now roll up your sleeves their is a lot of work to do.
The Kingdom of God, here on earth needs your Help. Welcome a board.

Thank you to all the Deacons for serving The Lords Supper. We need to remember the sacrifices of Christ. He gave it all, everything he had, his body, his blood, his soul, for Sins.
Not some one elses sin, he gave it for _________________sin.
Fill in the blank with your name.
It is real , Life and death. You can Hope, you can Wish, but that is not reality .
Hebrew 11:1 explains it quite well.

Away to go: Carl and Loretta, you two are awesome.
They worked at least 9 hours on Friday and 11.00 hours on Saturday , unloading, moving, cleaning, hammering, painting and just plain working on the the Multi age classroom. Loretta respectably called it the Sunshine room. When you stop in and see the room you will know why, it is called the Sunshine room. I pledge it was not that yellow at Lowes. Although it is a Happy yellow and everyone so far LOVES it.
Folks these two worked me under the table Fri and Sat. It was a huge undertaking and could not have been completed without their hard work. A big Thank You, these words are not enough, but it is all I have to offer. Thank you.

Another Way to go: T o Georgia. Thank You for all the silent work you do. I do not know if this audience truly gets how much work that is? From the flower beds , shampooing the carpets, cleaning the outside glass, painting the doors, one could go on for a list as long as a arm. So a big Thank You . You are appreciated.

Habitat for Humanity's Saturday lunch went extremely well.
Joyce told The Vine everyone raved about the food Gateway Church provided.
It is believed that Habitat for Humanity wants Gateway to provide lunch more often.
They had no idea of the great cooks that attend our church. Not just women, ask AB and Helen about the brisket that Alvin cooked. I could smell it from the church parking lot Sat. And it was a sweet aroma.
Joyce will let us know for the repeat performances.

Gateway has several Baptisms coming next Sunday. Most, if not all are children. Jesus wants the children to come. Ms .Johnnie, Linda and Joe are doing as Christ has asked. These leaders are doing everything in their power to educating the children about the
Joy of a life with Christ Jesus.
Please come and witness these baptism's. A blessing awaits. It is a no brain-er.

Let's meet at the pole on the square,what for you say: Prayer, Sept.11, noon , on the square . It is a remembrance of what has happening,. It is prayer to fight what could come next. Prayer is the best defenence. We were caught on that faithful day with our prayer down.
That should not ever happen again. See you there or be square.
