How the enemy wants us to think that we are not worthy.
God's living word tells us just the opposite.
Believing the lie must pierce God to the soul.
He gave his flesh, a sacrifice.
The Holy Spirit guides us, Jesus lights our path and God planned the way.

Why do we believe words of the enemy that are hollow?
The Living Word tells us how wonderful God delights in us.
I spoke with a freind of mine today and remarked that at times we get caught up in DVDs, workbooks and such, we forget to just read the Bible.
A simple prayer for illumination and read the word, our fear would flee.
Fear is the true enemy.
The Living Word is the ultimate weapon of Mass Destruction.
Romans 8;15 is a great verse to read about now.

Last years dinner was a smashing success.
The tickets are 16.50 and must be purchased ahead of time.

Rick and Betty Davidson installed the Prayer and Praise Board
in the sanctuary on Wednesday.
This will be a place to see our prayers as a reality.
The praise report side will be a light to the entire community.
It will be a wonderful way to see our church prayers in action.
Our God is alive and capable of meeting every need we have.
Let's gather to post our prayer and watch God in Action.

Rosemary will be meeting with the persons interested in the
Easter Choir Sunday afternoon.
Please bring your books and Cd's from 2008 Easter program.
Rosemary is working hard to ensure Gateway will be singing to the
Glory of the Risen King.
This is your opportunity to get involved and make a difference.
Participation is a must in every successful Church.
Joanne King has made a suggestion of having the Church All Sing on the Friday that the
Chilly Cook Off. That date would be Friday March 27th.
Having the gathering on a Friday, parents would not have to rush to get the kid home for early morning school.
The Vine thinks this is a wonderful idea.

The food pantry is in need of filling up.
Canned meats, diapers, baby food, wipes, canned milk
are items that every food pantry can use.
Bob does a great job organizing the pantry.
We can all gather to
lend a hand and bring a can.
